Local Product Councils
The ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils provide an opportunity for ULI Associate and Full members to meet in a peer-to-peer environment to share and discuss issues that real estate and land use professionals face on a daily basis. Sharing many characteristics with ULI’s National Product Councils, the ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils are consistent with ULI’s tradition of sharing experiences gained, mistakes made, and lessons learned.
ULI SF currently has four council types:
Product councils consist of 40-60 people who meet bi-annually. Local Product Council participation is application-based and open only to ULI Members.
Local Product Councils provide:
- A confidential, trusting environment for educational and idea exchanges
- Exploration of business and personal interests/issues
- Business and personal networking
- Professional and personal growth
Residential Local Product Council:
The ULI SF Residential Local Product Council (“RLPC”) convenes prominent leaders and stakeholders in the Bay Area’s residential real estate sector for a forum to discuss best practices and emerging trends related to a variety of residential products.
Commercial Local Product Council:
The mission of ULI SF’s Commercial Local product Council (“CLPC”) is to convene Bay Area developers, brokers, investors, designers, and public sector leaders to discuss best practices and exchange information related to the Commercial Sector, especially office products.
P3 Product Council:
The Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) Local Product Council seeks to convene leaders from both the public and private sector to discuss and develop effective partnerships which strengthen the Bay-Area land-use ecosystem.
