The ULI SF Residential Local Product Council (“RLPC”) convenes prominent leaders and stakeholders in the Bay Area’s residential real estate sector for a bi-annual forum to discuss best practices and emerging trends related to a variety of residential products. Council members are engaged in exchanging ideas to encourage production and preservation of housing units locally. This Council ultimately furthers ULI’s mission of providing leadership in responsible land use.

The next round of applications for the RLPC will open in Q1 2026. Applicants must be ULI members, and are only permitted to participate in one LPC at a time.
