Have a question? Take a look at our FAQs below.
I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
Yes, you can still show up and register onsite. Please note that for most events, registration fees increase by $10 the day of the event. However, if an event is sold out, you can be added to the waitlist by reaching out to that event’s staff point of contact (listed on the event page).
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service (800) at 321-5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI San Francisco emails?
Have you added ULI San Francisco to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. If your information is up-to-date, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
My Company is a ULI San Francisco Local Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how many tickets you should receive. The individual event page will note if there are complimentary tickets available to our sponsors. If tickets are available, please reach out to Adrian Garcia Hernandez at firstname.lastname@example.org in ordered to be registered.
How do I become a member/renew my membership?
Go to www.uli.org/JoinULI to renew your membership or decide which package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact ULI Customer Service (800) at 321-5011 if you have further questions.
I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You can also contact a ULI staff member to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you.
