Over the past few years of uncertainty, ULI SF persevered and showed continued success in its mission to shape Bay Area communities and create transformative impact.

This year, sponsors are able to demonstrate their commitment to more housing in the Bay Area at all income levels by selecting their Housing the Bay sponsorship pledge along with annual sponsorship. This allows your organization to secure your seats or table at the annual summit well in advance. Our 2026 summit will take place on April 15 at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco.

The ULI San Francisco Gala will return in 2026! The Gala is more than just a networking event and more than just a cocktail party; it’s a celebration of the ULI SF community. A night to reunite and celebrate our accomplishments, enjoy fellowship and friendship, and toast to our collective vision for transformative impact in the Bay Area. The Gala will continue to be a memorable evening featuring live entertainment, fun programming, delicious food and drinks in a unique San Francisco venue. The Gala will be held on September 24, 2026.
