The purpose of the ULI SF Commercial Local Product Council (“CLPC”) is to bring together accomplished ULI professionals who work in Bay Area commercial real estate industry to facilitate the exchange of information, case studies and sharing of best practices in order to support in ULI’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities.

The next round of applications for the CLPC will open in Q1 2026. Applicants must be ULI members and are only permitted to participate in one LPC at a time.
