Meet the SF Programs Co-Chair!
Get to know some of the ULI SF members who work hard behind the scenes to develop the events and initiatives for which we're known.
ULI San Francisco (ULI SF) was recently selected as part of the inaugural Homeless to Housed (H2H) cohort, receiving funding from ULI’s Terwilliger Center to develop immediate implementable actions addressing homelessness in the city of San José.
ULI SF and the City of San José will be focusing on unlocking underutilized land owned by faith-based organizations to create emergency interim and permanent affordable housing in the city. ULI SF is seeking consultant proposals to design, develop, and facilitate workshops and a final recommendation report which builds capacity of faith-based organizations to provide housing. More information about ULI SF’s Homeless to Housed Initiative can be found on our website page.
If your organization is interested in participating, please find the full Request for Proposal (RFP) here.
Proposals will be due on January 12, 2024, and the selection will be announced on January 31, 2024.
The H2H initiative aims to spark conversations regarding the role of the real estate community in addressing homelessness. The initiative works by identifying best practices and effective solutions for addressing the needs of the unhoused through research, technical assistance, and awareness-building activities.
