Development 360
Applications for Development 360 2025-2026 are now closed.
ULI SF is proud to announce the Development 360 Program is back for a eleventh year! This professional development program runs through the academic year and supplements the YLG Mentorship Program. This program is open to all ULI members under the age of 35.
Structure
The series consists of seven sessions that run from October 2025 – May 2026 (skipping December) and cover the real estate development process from start to finish. All of the speakers will share their experiences and best practices in lively and interactive sessions, opting for case studies and Q/A sessions over lectures. Each mandatory session will consist of 38 YLG members under the age of 35 and will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm.
Commitment & Session Schedule
To get the most out of your experience and learn the development profession from A to Z, attendance is mandatory for all of the sessions.
Development 360 Attendance Policy:
Attendance at every session is mandatory. The program will meet 7 times during the year. Sessions typically occur one Tuesday or Wednesday a month from October 2025-May 2026 (skipping December) with the occasional Thursday from 5:30-8:00 pm in downtown San Francisco. Full group attendance is expected at all meetings. Excused absences must be pre-approved with 48 hours prior notice by the Development360 Subcommittee Chairs and ULI Staff. Violations of the attendance policy may result in dismissal from the program and/or denied admission to future ULI YLG programs.
Location
This year’s Development 360 classes will take place in-person in San Francisco, with adjustments made accordingly depending on the public health situation at that time. Virtual sessions, if necessary, will be interactive and participants will be encouraged to join classes with their cameras on and ready to engage with the speakers and their fellow classmates.
Price
Participation in the 2025-26 Development 360 Program costs $275 for private sector YLG members and $125 for public and non-profit sector YLG members.
A limited number of scholarships are available for 25% off (prices are rounded to closest $5 increment). This reduces the private sector dues to $100 and the public sector to $50. The scholarship application can be found here.
