ULI San Francisco: NEXT Cohort Application 2024-2025

ULI San Francisco’s popular NEXT Cohort Program returns! The Cohort Program provides mid-career real estate and land use professionals with the opportunity to share expertise, develop lasting professional relationships, and deepen their knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage and network with a small group of peers throughout the year!
Structure & Commitment
This year’s program will run from May 2024 to January 2025. Upon acceptance, a mandatory kickoff happy hour will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd in San Francisco. NEXT cohort groups meet about once a month for tours, case studies, happy hours, lunches, or feature guest speakers. Each cohort group consists of approximately ten to twelve members, and groups meet around six to eight times throughout the program. Attendance and participation in cohort meetings are expected, and cohort members are expected to bring ideas on cohort activities to the group.
The Cohort Program is open for ULI NEXT members (aged 35 and up) as well as for ULI YLG members 33+ who are transitioning into new phases of their careers and into NEXT. Price
Participation in ULI SF’s NEXT Cohort Program is $95 for private sector participants and $55 for public and non-profit sector participants. You must be a ULI member or become a member in order to participate.
There is a limited number of scholarships available that would allow recipients to register at a discounted price of $25. Please apply here for consideration before 11:59 PM on Sunday, March 3. You will be notified upon acceptance to the program if you have received a scholarship.

The NEXT initiative aims to connect and elevate the next generation of leaders within ULI and the real industry more broadly. NEXT provides a range of benefits to mid-career professionals aged 35 and up (note: YLG members age 33 and up are welcome to participate in the Cohort Program) as they continue to develop their leadership skills and build lasting relationships amongst peers, with ULI leadership, and throughout the ULI network.
