With construction and financing costs at historic highs, kicking off new developments has been challenging. Please join ULI SF for a sneak peek of two of the few new additions to the SOMA/South Park neighborhood.
The first stop will be a tour of the recently completed 531 Bryant boutique office building from Urban Land Development and Handel Architects. Following that will be a hard hat tour of 555 Bryant, a 501-unit apartment project, being developed by Strada Investment Group and SCB. Developers and consultants will discuss the history of the sites, construction and design considerations, renter and tenant trends, and the current state of urban development.
The session will wrap up with a happy hour at Black Hammer Brewing nearby.

Please note that this event is not open to the press. This is a tour of an active construction site, and not all tour sites are accessible for wheelchair users. PPE will be required to be worn by all event attendees.
