Ventures in the Vineyards, an annual event hosted by the ULI SF’s Young Leaders Group (YLG) (members under the age of 35), in which 45 of our YLG members visit Sonoma/Napa wine country to learn about current topics related to the local real estate and land use industry, with a particular focus on charitable causes that support the recovery of the community from recent events. In addition to spreading awareness, we patronize local businesses affected by the events and make a charitable donation raised from fundraising efforts by the YLG Steering Committee.
This year, we are proud to partner again with Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Sonoma County, a Santa Rosa-based non-profit organization focused on economic and social aid for low-income families and individuals in the community. Recently, CAP has provided financial assistance to women and children via their Harold’s Home and Sloan House programs. These two programs provide critical support to women and children during either a transitional year or short-term stay and additionally provide life skills workshops, financial literacy, and much more.

• 4:30pm: Depart Matanzas Creek
• 6:00pm: No host happy hour at Balboa Cafe in San Francisco
