We’re excited to announce that Lisa Kabot, vice chair of ULI San Francisco’s WLI Committee and member of our DEI committee, has been selected for the 2024 class of the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Prologis Leaders Program!
Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio management, development, and appraisal, and is capable of handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She has been working as an independent consultant since 2009, performing projects on a contract basis for numerous public and private clients, including CODA Consulting for the past 14 years. Lisa lived in Wellington, New Zealand from 2004 to 2009, where she worked for a privately held property and finance company as a Portfolio Strategy Manager, responsible for identifying property acquisition/disposition opportunities, managing development joint ventures, and advising on the valuation of assets. Prior to moving to New Zealand, Lisa was a vice president of asset management and investor relations at Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP), and before PCCP, she was an acquisitions officer at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis).
Lisa was a nationally ranked amateur triathlete in both New Zealand (2004-2008) and the United States (1999-2003), and successfully completed 5 Ironman triathlons in both Canada and the U.S.
Since 2014, the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) and Prologis have granted achievement scholarships to a select group of women members to participate in the ULI Spring Meeting. The program is offered in recognition of a member’s contributions to ULI and demonstrated commitment to real estate and land use issues. Further selection criteria include a member’s ability to articulate the benefits of WLI involvement and Spring meeting attendance to advance their professional interests and pursuits, as well as their future involvement with ULI. Admittance into the program will be granted to applicants who have 7+ years in the real estate or land use industry and have shown leadership roles within their District Council or on a national or global level.
Congratulations, Lisa! The ULI SF District Council is grateful for your continuous dedication to our many initiatives and leadership within our community. To learn more about this opportunity, please visit the ULI Americas WLI page.
