ULI San Francisco’s popular NEXT Cohort Program is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 cycle. The Cohort Program provides mid-career real estate and land use professionals the opportunity to share expertise, develop lasting professional relationships, and deepen their knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage and network with a small group of peers throughout the year!
Structure & Commitment
This year’s program will run from May 2025 to March 2026. Upon acceptance, a mandatory kickoff happy hour will be held on Tuesday, March 25th in San Francisco. NEXT cohort groups meet about once a month for tours, case studies, happy hours, lunches, or feature guest speakers. Each cohort group consists of approximately ten to twelve members, and groups meet around eight to ten times throughout the program. Attendance and participation is expected at all cohort meetings, and cohort members are expected to bring ideas on cohort activities to the group.
The Cohort Program is open for ULI NEXT members (aged 35 and up) as well as for ULI YLG members 33+ who are transitioning into new phases of their careers and into NEXT. Applications are open to members and nonmembers, and nonmembers will be prompted to join ULI upon acceptance. Interested in becoming a ULI member now? Learn more and join here.
