Join ULI SF and ULI’s Tenant Energy Optimization Program for this unique event on Wednesday, November 6th at CBRE in the Salesforce Tower. Attendees will hear from two diverse panels of experts on how sustainability is considered from the perspectives of property owners and tenants. What does it take to build sustainable and energy efficient spaces that go beyond building codes, fulfill the needs of tenants and satisfy the long term goals of the property owners? Building sustainably is the new normal, which involves various roles throughout a building’s lifecycle. Whether you’re the architect, engineer, landlord, tenant, manager, owner, or operator, you can influence a leased space’s sustainability. Of course, integrating sustainability into a leased space can be a daunting endeavor for both the property owner and the tenant.
