Join ULI SF on a dynamic tour of San Francisco’s transformational Mission Rock project. Over a decade in the making, Mission Rock is converting 28 acres of parking lots in San Francisco’s southern waterfront into a vibrant mixed used neighborhood that will be adding over 1,000 new homes at final build out, 40% of which will be affordable.

The project is a public-private partnership between Tishman Speyer, the San Francisco Giants, and the Port of San Francisco. Join us to hear from members of the development and design team to learn about the overall master plan and see the on-the-ground progress that has been made in Phase One of the project, which includes four buildings – two residential (537 units, including below market rate units for middle-income households), two commercial (approximately 550,000 square feet), a five-acre waterfront park, and 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Phase one will be complete by the end of the year and has already welcomed new residents and retailers to the neighborhood.
