Over the past two years, our members who live in the North Bay, or have extended their interest into this region, have been creating opportunities for ULI to learn - and assist with - the challenges facing Sonoma and Napa Counties.  This includes two Technical Assistance Panels, and a national Advisory Service Panel focused on post wildfire resilience. Our Young Leaders Group annual ‘Venture in the Vineyards’ has regularly combined networking and raised over $32,000 for non-profits in the region.  And in November of this year, ULI’s Small Scale Developers Forum will hold its 16th conference in Healdsburg, bringing together over 50 developers and policy makers from around the country to see how small scale, incremental development builds stronger local economies.

On September 28th, we will be convening a select group of individuals with connections to the North Bay for an informal lunch and conversation about what we are learning and what other opportunities may be available for ULI SF members to help bring expertise, and thoughtful solutions to this important region. We will conclude with a site tour of RiverHouse Cottage Court, a creative infill housing solution in Healdsburg. This event will be held outdoors and masks will be required when not eating or drinking.

Event attendance is by invitation only and is limited. If you work or live in the North Bay and would be interested in learning more, please email Natalie Sandoval, ULI SF Senior Director, at [email protected].
