The ULI SF Innovation Local Product Council (LPC) invites you to join them for a morning program and tour to learn about new innovations in modular construction. Modular construction is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing industry trends in real estate development. This event also be an opportunity to network with members of the Innovation LPC, learn more about what they are working on, and how you can apply to become a member.
We will begin with a presentation and Q&A with Randy Miller, the CEO and Founder of R2 Building. In Jack London Square, R2 Building is working to bring 38 homes, 3 of which are affordable, to an infill site within the district. In his presentation, Randy will share insight on where modular design is at and where this innovation industry is going. After the Q&A, we'll head across the street to witness a modular construction project stacking up in real-time.
ULI SF’s Local Product Councils provide an opportunity for ULI Associate and Full Members to meet in a peer-to-peer, trusting environment to share and discuss issues that real estate and land use professionals face daily. The Innovation LPC is the premier bi-annual forum for executives from the real estate and technology industries to gather and learn more about how technology and innovation are changing the world of real estate.
