ULI San Francisco: WLI Connects Application 2024-2025

ULI San Francisco’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is excited to launch our second year of WLI Connects, a cohort program designed to provide mid- to senior- level women in the industry with the opportunity to connect with their peers.
Women have made many strides in our industries over the past decade; yet, challenges unique to women professionals remain. WLI Connects acknowledges these challenges and offers a safe and inclusive space for professional growth networking, discussions, and support.
This 12-month program will run from May 2024 to April 2025, with self-organized monthly meetings consisting of case studies, inspirational speakers, happy hours, tours, book clubs, and more. Cohorts will consist of 7-12 participants, and each cohort will have a coordinator. If you would like to be a cohort coordinator, please express your interest in the application and hold May 23 from 3-4 pm for an in-person welcome + orientation at the ULI SF office, followed by the kickoff happy hour (4-6 pm). The number of cohorts and leaders are dependent on the number of applications.
WLI Connects is a ULI member-exclusive offering, open to associate and full members of ULI San Francisco with 10+ years of experience. Registration fees are $95 for private sector members and $55 for public sector/non-profit members. Not a member yet? Visit uli.org/join to learn more. There is a limited number of discounted registration available for $25, please submit an application for a discounted registration here. You must submit both an application for the cohort program and discounted registration for consideration.
As with all ULI cohort programs, this is an opportunity for frank and candid conversations. The discussions within these cohorts are confidential. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to connect with women leaders in our industry and share best practices, advice, and support. Applications will be accepted until 11:59 pm PDT on April 21. Late applications will not be accepted.
Save the date! We will be hosting a kickoff happy hour on Thursday, May 23 from 4-6 pm at HiDive (Pier 28) in San Francisco. Cohort leaders will meet at the ULI SF office at 2 Bryant Street from 3-4 pm for a welcome orientation. Participants will be able to meet one another and organize their meetings for the year ahead!
The health and safety of our members, staff, and event attendees remains a priority of ULI SF. We ask that you please take precautions and/or refrain from attending our events if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or are feeling ill prior to the event. You are welcome to mask at your discretion. ULI SF may require that attendees comply with additional COVID-19 procedures of the event venue and local health authorities and may update its policies from time-to-time if circumstances require.

By participating in this program, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events for this program, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
