ULI San Francisco needs a new home! After ten wonderful years in the Grosvenor offices, ULI SF must relocate as the Grosvenor team moves to a new space this spring.

Could you be our new host? ULI SF holds meeting for many of its committees and working group in its offices, bringing hundreds of the industry’s top professionals and local leaders to your office throughout the year.

Ideally, we are looking for a no cost lease agreement with a term of two years, renewable annually.

Space Requirements:
Our District Council needs office space in downtown San Francisco near mass transit with the following features:

• Space for our 6 workstations (size: 63” x 32” each) or we could use your spare workstations
• Space for our printer and/or access to yours
• Regular access to a conference room, ideally seating at least 16 people
• Regular access to a private meeting room for 6 people
• Access to a shared kitchen
• Storage space for 3 storage cabinets (size: 42” h x 36” w x 19” d each)
• Use of 54 linear sf of shelf or file drawer space
• Basement or other long-term storage space for event and education materials (~50sf)

ULI SF is responsible for:

• Providing workstations, storage cabinets, printer
• Securing our own internet provider, data storage, and VOIP phone services.
