An all-star group of ULI San Francisco members brought their considerable expertise to advise the City of Mountain View as it develops its vision for Downtown Mountain View and Castro Street and its role as the gateway to Caltrain’s third busiest station.
Chaired by Amy Neches of TMG Partners, the TAP conducted stakeholder interviews, identified key assets and potential opportunities, and explored policies and programs that the City of Mountain View could implement in the community’s downtown district.
Other TAP panelists included: City of Oakland Planning Director Bill Gilchrist, Strategic Economics Founder and President, Dena Belzer, Harmonie Park Principal Don Capobres, AECOM Global Design Advisor Jacinta McCann, Newmark Knight Frank Executive Vice President Jim Randolph, and Perkins +Will Director of Operations, Jason Dries-Daffner who served as the TAP report writer and designer.
Stay tuned to the ULI SF newsletter for a full version of the Mountain View TAP report.
