The application deadline for the Pathways to Inclusion program has passed.
About Pathways to Inclusion
The Pathways to Inclusion program is designed to promote the advancement of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) real estate and land use professionals in their careers and as leaders in the industry, expand the networks of BIPOC professionals, and broaden and diversify ULI membership.
ULI San Francisco is delivering the Pathways to Inclusion program in partnership with ULI headquarters. This year, the program will support a cohort of 25 professionals with scholarships to the 2020 ULI Virtual Fall Meeting to be held from October 13 – 15, 2020, in addition to one-year ULI Associate Memberships. The program will also provide a suggested track of programming at the Virtual ULI Fall Meeting to direct the participants toward sessions that will focus on their interests. The program will continue to provide additional opportunities designed to reinforce access and engagement as a ULI San Francisco member throughout the year.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
The Pathways to Inclusion program is designed to increase the participation of mid- and senior-level BIPOC who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate field. Pathways applicants cannot be current ULI members or have been members in the past. Applicants must live in the ULI San Francisco District Council region and be able to attend the Virtual ULI Fall Meeting (October 13 – 15, 2020) in addition to a virtual cohort meeting that will be held on October 8, 2020 from 4-5 PM Pacific Time.
Participants will be informed about the results on or before October 2, 2020.
The Pathways program is generously sponsored by CBRE and HKS Architects.
