ULI San Francisco was pleased to lead a virtual “Real Estate Development and Finance 101” study session for the City of Santa Clara Planning Commission on June 15. This three-hour Study Session was designed to increase understanding of the private sector development process and to better inform the Commission’s decision-making regarding development.
Speakers included ULI SF’s Chair, Drew Hudacek of Sares Regis, Libby Seifel of Seifel Consulting, and Jan Lindenthal of Midpen Housing. These member volunteers covered the basics of Real Estate Finance for both market rate and affordable housing, as well as specific questions and topics related to the City of Santa Clara.
Check out the recording of ULI SF’s full training at the City of Santa Clara’s special Study Session (presentation starts at 55:30).
