ULI San Francisco is excited to announce a new scholarship program making the ULI Fall Meeting in San Francisco (November 4-6, 2025) significantly more accessible to our  public sector members! This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the premier real estate event of the year!

Imagine connecting with industry leaders, exploring cutting-edge trends, and immersing yourself in the energy of the Fall Meeting—all while saving substantially on the registration fee!

What’s the Opportunity?

Up to forty (40) scholarships will be awarded to current ULI SF members working for a city or public agency. Selected recipients will receive a discounted registration ticket of $300 to the ULI Fall Meeting in San Francisco.

Who’s Eligible?

This scholarship is open to all current ULI SF members who:

• Work in the public sector at a city or public agency
• Submit a short application describing their involvement with ULI as well as their need for a discounted ticket.

Please note that full ULI Members who are on a National Product Council will not be eligible to apply. This scholarship is targeted towards members who would otherwise be unable to attend the Fall Meeting.

If you are a city or agency that wants to send 20+ people to Fall Meeting, please reach out for group discounts.

How Do I Apply?

Applications for the Public Sector Fall Meeting Scholarship are now open – apply here!

To apply, you will need to submit a short application describing your involvement with ULI, and explaining why a discounted ticket is needed to attend the Fall Meeting.

Please submit your application by 11:59 PM PDT on Tuesday, September 2nd. All applications will be reviewed at the same time, and scholarship awardees will be announced by Friday September 5th.
