After five years of advancing equitable affordable housing solutions, Partnership for the Bay’s Future (PBF) has produced a comprehensive playbook that distills the lessons, strategies, and innovations that have driven their success. Designed to help other regions replicate that success—producing and preserving thousands of affordable homes and passing transformative policies—the Playbook offers adaptable tools for creating impactful, community-centered housing solutions. ULI San Francisco is proud to have participated with PBF over the last two years with our Bay Area Developers of Color Cohort Program in partnership with the City and County of San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development.
