Bay Area Projects Make ULI Award Finalists & Urban Land Feature

Local members are well represented among finalists in the ULI Global Award for Excellence Competition. Four Bay Area developments made the cut for the highly regarded 35th annual competition, honoring real estate projects that achieve high standards in design, construction, economics, planning and management. Winners will be announced at November’s ULI Fall Meeting in Chicago.

Urban Land

The June edition of Urban Land gives high marks to local San Francisco International Airport’s Terminal 2 in “ULX: Designed for Flight”. The recently renovated terminal, designed by Gensler, is among ten world airports recognized for accommodating modern travel needs, as well as stringent post-9/11 security requirements.
