Urban Land magazine, the 83-year-old flagship publication of ULI, focuses on real estate development, urban planning, land use issues, and best practices across a broad spectrum of real estate activities. In addition to spotlighting ULI mission priorities, research, and expert analysis, Urban Land covers topics such as capital market trends, policy discussions, and innovative practices in urban development.
The high value of ULI’s thought leadership and insights from members at the District, national, and global levels is what makes Urban Land unique among commercial real estate publications, giving it a strong peer-to-peer journal quality. To ensure that Urban Land maintains its member-driven perspective, the editorial team works with members worldwide to develop smart content, from idea to publication.
