ULI SF is excited to announce Lola Motley’s promotion to Senior Associate. Lola joined ULI in August 2023 and has played an integral role in supporting numerous ULI SF committees and initiatives. These include, but are not limited to: East Bay Programs, SF Programs, Member Engagement, WLI, Homeless to Housed (H2H), and our P3 Local Product Council (LPC). Lola attended Bowdoin College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Math with a minor in Urban Studies. Her Urban Studies classes inspired a passion for the built environment. While at Bowdoin, Lola worked with several organizations targeting environmental and land use issues. Additionally, she was awarded the Cooke Fellowship to spend a summer researching the correlation between single-family zoning and rising housing costs. Before joining ULI, Lola worked as an environmental educator at an elementary school in San Francisco.
Please join us in congratulating Lola! We are so grateful to have her on the team.
