ULI San Francisco is thrilled to announce the 2024-2025 cohort of our Developers of Color program! This cohort program was designed to create opportunities for seasoned mid- to senior-level real estate developers of color in the Bay Area.
Following two successful cohorts in partnership with the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) funded through the Partnership for the Bay’s Future Policy Grant from the San Francisco Foundation, ULI SF is continuing the cohort program for a third year. The third-year program will again offer mid-to-senior level professionals monthly sessions aimed to deepen their understanding of housing development and consider community-based development throughout the Bay Area. The third-year cohort program is funded by ULI SF with support of a San Francisco Foundation Programs Grant.
19 participants were selected for this year’s program. This year’s participants are (in alphabetical order by last name):
The cohort will meet for a kickoff in October and continue to meet monthly through May 2025. Congratulations to this year’s participants; we look forward to the year ahead!
