Development 360
Applications for the 2022-2023 program are now closed. Applications for the 2023-2024 cycle will open in the summer of 2023.
ULI SF is proud to announce the Development 360 Program is back for an eighth year! This professional development program runs through the academic year and supplements the YLG Mentorship Program. This program is open to all ULI members under the age of 35.
Structure
The series consists of seven sessions that run from October 2022 – May 2023 and cover the real estate development process from start to finish. All of the speakers will share their experiences and best practices in lively and interactive sessions, opting for case studies and Q/A sessions over lectures. Each session will consist of 38 YLG members under the age of 35 and will be held from 5:00-6:30pm.
Commitment
To get the most out of your experience and learn the development profession from A to Z, attendance is mandatory for all of the sessions.
Location
This year’s Development 360 classes will take place in-person in San Francisco, with adjustments made accordingly depending on the public health situation at that time. Virtual sessions, if necessary, will be interactive and participants will be encouraged to join classes with their cameras on and ready to engage with the speakers and their fellow classmates.
Price
Participation in the 2022-23 Development 360 Program costs $275 for private sector YLG members and $125 for public and non-profit sector YLG members. There are three $100 scholarships available for public and non-profit sector YLG participants.
