UrbanPlan Scholarships
ULI San Francisco is excited to announce a new scholarship program making the ULI Fall Meeting in San Francisco (November 4-6, 2025) significantly more accessible to our members! This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the premier real estate event of the year.

What’s the Opportunity?
Up to ten (10) scholarships will be awarded. Selected recipients will receive a discounted registration ticket for $200 to the ULI Fall Meeting in San Francisco. .
Who’s Eligible?
This scholarship is open to all current ULI members who:
- Volunteer with UrbanPlan at least three times from September through October 24th. City Council sessions, due to their extended commitment, count as two volunteer sessions. Please note that shadowing and volunteer training opportunities do not count towards the three-session minimum.
- Submit a short application describing their involvement with UrbanPlan and ULI as well as their need for a discounted ticket.
- Full ULI Members who are on a National Product Council will not be eligible to apply.

Volunteering with UrbanPlan is a rewarding way to give back to the community, develop your skills, and expand your network. It’s a hands-on program that engages high school students and community leaders in a simulated real estate development project. By volunteering at least three times during the spring semester, you’ll be making a real difference while also gaining valuable experience and qualifying for this scholarship opportunity.

How Do I Apply?
Applications for the UrbanPlan Fall Meeting Scholarship are open now – apply here!
To apply, you will need to submit a short application describing your involvement with UrbanPlan and ULI, and explaining why a discounted ticket is needed to attend the Fall Meeting. You will need to demonstrate that you have volunteered with UrbanPlan at least three times during the stated date range within your application.
Please submit your application by Friday, October 24th. All applications will be reviewed at the same time, and scholarship awardees will be announced by the end of Monday, October 27th. Recipients who’ve already purchased Fall Meeting registration will be eligible for a refund.
