Join ULI SF for a free webinar to hear ULI Member TAP recommendations to the City of Dublin regarding one of the last large undeveloped parcels in the area.

The City of Dublin has engaged a ULI SF Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) to provide input and recommendations on land uses that optimize the synergy between land use, economic development, and community compatibility for the SCS property. The SCS property is a 77-acre site in Dublin and is the last large, undeveloped parcel in the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area. The site has a history of proposed developments that have not come to fruition, with At Dublin, a proposed mixed-use project, being the most recent. The ULI SF Technical Assistance Panel includes a variety of experts in various fields of development.
