Cities across California are adopting building electrification mandates that require the use of electricity for building systems rather than fossil fuels.  What is building electrification?  Why are cities adopting electrification mandates?  What do these new mandates mean for the design, construction, and operation of buildings?  How do they affect the bottom line?

Join ULI SF's Sustainability Committee for a virtual panel discussion of building electrification experts to learn what these mandates require, how new construction is being designed to comply with these mandates, and the lessons that developers and property owners are learning as they decarbonize the built environment.
