ULI San Francisco’s YLG Mentor Program is back for its twelfth year! This cohort program, running from September 2022 to June 2023, provides young professionals in the real estate and land use industry with mentorship, career development support, and networking opportunities.
Mentor groups consist of five to seven YLG members with similar interests or experiences in the industry and are guided by an industry leader serving as their mentor. These groups are expected to meet at least five to seven times over the course of a year. Meetings can include lessons learned from a mentor’s career, discussing career goals, case studies, social events, project tours, guest speakers, or anything else mutually agreed upon to further the relationship among the group.
Applications are accepted between July 25 to August 19. Group assignments are made in September and the program will kick off with a required social event taking place on September 15. Details for the kickoff event will be provided along with your cohort assignments. Please note: If you are accepted into the YLG Development 360 program for the 2022-2023 cycle, you will not be eligible to participate in this concurrent mentorship program.
Submit your application by following the registration button at the top of this page. Registration fees are charged upon cohort assignments. Please note, you must be under the age of 35 as of September 15 to participate in this program. If you are 35 or over, we encourage you to explore our other professional development and cohort programs.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Pooja at pooja.sharma@uli.org. Thank you to Nabihah Azim, Jon Mark, and Ryan O’Rouke for leading this program!
