Come join ULI San Francisco for a tour of Mission Rock, San Francisco’s newest waterfront neighborhood. This new mixed-use neighborhood will consist of 2.7 million square feet of lab-ready office, residential and retail space, and 8 acres of public open space, including China Basin Park.
On this tour, you will get the unique opportunity to visit the Mission Rock site while it is still under construction. The tour will start with presentations from project representatives involved in various phases of the project, including development, construction, infrastructure, and leasing. After hearing from key stakeholders involved in the project, we will visit three buildings on the site: two residential buildings and one office building. To conclude the tour, we will head over to the bar at LUMA for happy hour and networking.
Please note that this is a tour of an active construction site, and this event is not wheelchair accessible. Hard hats and closed-toe shoes suitable for a walking in a construction site are required to be worn by all attendees.
