Join us as we explore San Francisco’s newest megaproject, 5M! After 10 years in the making, this development opened to the public in March 2022. The project incorporates innovative ways to redevelop large-scale urban sites by bringing together diverse uses and programming influenced by the SoMa neighborhood and community. 5M has transformed empty parking lots and underutilized warehouses into a vibrant pedestrian experience with new public open spaces, housing, offices, retail, and restored historic buildings. Participants will enjoy an in-depth tour of the following:
    • 415 Natoma, a 640,000 RSF commercial office tower
    • The George, a 302-unit residential tower with 92 middle and moderate income units
    • The Parks at 5M, 26,000 SF of POPOS

Brookfield Properties and Sitelab representatives will share their insight into its entitlement, design and execution of the project.

We will conclude our tour with a hosted happy hour at the Chieftain Irish Pub.

    Schedule:
    4:00-4:15 PM: Registration and networking
4:15-4:30 PM: Introduction and project overview
    4:30-5:30 PM: Guided tour
