ULI SF’s Development 360 program is back for its eighth year! This professional development program will run from October 2022 to May 2023 and consist of seven, in-person sessions in San Francisco. This year’s cohort of 35 young professionals who are ages 21 to 34 will receive an overview of the real estate and land use industry from senior-level leaders on topics including acquisitions, design, entitlement, engagement, and more.
This year’s application cycle will run from July 25 to August 19 and acceptances will be sent out in September. If an applicant is not chosen for this program, they will have the opportunity to participate in the Mentor Program, a concurrent cohort offering.
Development 360 is an exclusive offering open to our under 35 YLG membership. If you are not under the age of 35, we encourage you to explore our other
ULI professional development offerings.
Applications are available through the registration button at the top of the page. Registration fees are charged upon acceptance into the program. Limited scholarships are available for public and nonprofit sector participants, please see application for details.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Pooja at pooja.sharma@uli.org. Thank you to Kevin Choy and Taylor Shepard for leading this program!
