ULI San Francisco: A New Financial Frontier: Leveraging Market Forces to Solve for the Missing Middle
As part of ULI San Francisco’s Housing the Bay initiative, please come participate in a lively discussion with a diverse group of panelists who will share ideas, strategies, and market-driven solutions for increasing middle-income housing in the Bay Area. From impact funds to non-traditional equity sources to new statewide programs intended to spur private-sector development, this panel will explore multiple approaches to financing housing in the Bay Area.
As a region that is at the epicenter of the housing affordability crisis, we must explore and share ideas together as we strive to drive down the cost of capital and help secure middle-income housing throughout the Bay. Come be a part of the solution and share your ideas with the panelists!
