The premise is simple: take 100 young leaders and 10 real estate industry leaders, pair them into small groups, and let them have an open conversation about whatever topics come to mind. This is a chance to ask pre-eminent leaders their views on topics such as working through a recession, favorite markets, popular asset classes, lessons learned, and career success stories.

During the program, Young Leaders (under 35 years old) will spend quality time with three different industry professionals, allowing for a broad mix of insights. The result is a rewarding experience that allows the next generation of real estate professionals to learn from recognized industry leaders in an intimate group setting.
