The Residential and Commercial Local Product Councils (LPCs) will hold their Fall Meeting on October 16th in downtown San Francisco. This event is for Residential and Commercial LPC members only.

    Agendas:
The ULI San Francisco LPCs provide an opportunity for ULI Associate and Full members to meet in a peer-to-peer environment to share and discuss issues that real estate and land use professionals face daily. Sharing many characteristics with ULI’s National Product Councils, the ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils are consistent with ULI’s tradition of sharing experiences gained, mistakes made, and lessons learned. Learn more about ULI SF's LPCs here.

If you are interested in joining an LPC, the next round of applications will open in Q1 of 2025.

For questions about the Residential, Commercial, or Innovation LPCs, please contact ULI SF Senior Associate, Jacqueline Smith, at [email protected]. For questions about the P3 LPC, please contact ULI SF Associate, Lola Motley, at [email protected].

ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content through photographs, audio, and video during this Program. By participating in this program, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events for this program, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.

The health and safety of our members, staff, and event attendees remains a priority of ULI SF. We ask that you please take precautions and/or refrain from attending our events if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or are feeling ill prior to the event.
