    Whether the mentor relationship is organic or structured, members of underrepresented groups often need career advice presented hand-in-hand with opportunity and visibility. We’ll have a lively panel and group discussion on the merits and compatibility of both kinds of advocacy.
     
    We’ll kick off the roundtable discussion with our two featured mentor/mentee pairs:

    • Mary Corley & Jessica Willis discussing structured, formal group mentorship and how to extend the relationship in a direct way.
     
    Whether you’re a senior leader looking to learn everyday opportunities and techniques to mentor & sponsor or new in your career and seeking allies to set up their careers for success and mobility, you’re welcome to join!
