With the addition of CityLine, a 37-acre master planned megaproject encompassing six city blocks, Sunnyvale has set a bold course for the future by betting big on its urban core. Join us on Thursday, October 17 for at afternoon at CityLine, complete a tour and candid conversations about navigating the master plan entitlement process, risk management, financing, environmental challenges, public-private partnerships, development agreements, and lessons learned.
