ULI San Francisco’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is excited to launch our third year of WLI Connects, a cohort program designed to provide mid- to senior- level women in the industry with the opportunity to connect with their peers.

Women have made many strides in our industries over the past decade; yet, challenges unique to women professionals remain. WLI Connects acknowledges these challenges and offers a safe and inclusive space for professional growth networking, discussions, and support.

This 12-month program will run from May 2025 to April 2026, with self-organized monthly meetings consisting of case studies, inspirational speakers, happy hours, tours(some with NEXT cohorts), book clubs, and more. Joint events with other WLI cohort groups are also encouraged. This year’s program will feature more flexibility in terms of cohort size and location to enable easier scheduling. In addition, as part of the WLI Connects program, WLI SF will host a happy hour for program participants to provide them with the opportunity to touch base and make sure that the cohorts are running smoothly.

Each cohort will have a coordinator. If you would like to be a cohort coordinator, please express your interest in the application. The number of cohorts and leaders are dependent on the number of applications.

WLI Connects is a ULI member-exclusive offering, open to associate and full members of ULI San Francisco with 10+ years of experience. As with all ULI cohort programs, this is an opportunity for frank and candid conversations. The discussions within these cohorts are confidential. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to connect with women leaders in our industry and share best practices, advice, and support. 

Save the date! We will be hosting a kickoff happy hour on Thursday, May 8th from 4-6 pm in San Francisco; location TBD. Participants will be able to meet one another and break out into their cohorts to discuss goals, agree on meeting frequency, logistics, etc. during the kickoff happy hour. Additional information regarding the kickoff happy hour will be provided to program participants soon!
