Housing the Bay is back for its eighth year! This spring we are spotlighting opportunities – big and small – to boost housing production across the Bay Area. Our keynote speaker will kick off the Summit with lessons from small-scale developers nationwide, setting the stage for in-depth discussions on homelessness solutions, innovative production techniques, and transit-oriented communities. The afternoon will conclude with insights from housing leaders in small but mighty cities that are making real progress toward their housing goals—offering valuable takeaways for jurisdictions looking to accelerate housing production.
Over the last eight years, Housing the Bay has explored the root causes of our housing crisis, showcased innovative public and private sector solutions, and amplified diverse voices from across our industry. This year, we continue that mission by bringing fresh ideas and actionable strategies to increase housing supply and affordability at all scales.
Join 400+ housing leaders, policymakers, developers, and public sector leaders on April 29 for a dynamic half-day summit featuring engaging discussions, inspiring speakers, and tangible takeaways to drive real impact. With a unique mix of public and private-sector experts, this is the housing event where everyone is at the table—shaping the future of housing in the Bay Area. Bring your ideas, energy, and commitment to building the region we need and deserve.
