Join ULI San Francisco for an in-person sneak peek tour on December 8th of two new additions to Van Mission/The Hub neighborhood which sits at the intersection of Hayes Valley, SOMA, and the Mission.
Our first stop will be a hard hat tour of 1288 Howard, a 125-unit, luxury, for-sale condominium project from March Capital Management which will be completed early next year. Following that, we’ll tour the 550-unit Fifteen Fifty apartment tower from Related Companies that recently opened in 2020.
Industry experts from both projects will discuss the history of the sites, construction/design considerations, renter/buyer trends, and the state of urban development. The session will wrap up with a no-host happy hour at Cadillac Bar & Grill nearby.
