Join ULI SF for hosted lunch and learn to hear about the opportunities and pitfalls of public private partnerships (PPP’s) during each stage of the development process. In the land-constrained Bay Area, public private partnership projects present important opportunities to develop on large properties in urban and infill locations.
The momentum surrounding public private partnerships gained traction in 2019 following the adoption of Executive Order N-06-19 and several new state laws which make more public land available for affordable housing. This momentum around PPP’s in California and the Bay Area will continue into 2020. Our panel will explore how public private partnerships can be leveraged to meet our state and region’s growing demand for housing, social infrastructure, and transportation. The panel will also dive into the process of bringing a public private partnership from idea to deliverable.
Lunch is included in the price of registration!
