Ben joined CBRE’s Data Center Capital Markets Team in 2024, focusing on the capitalization of data center investment properties throughout North America. Ben has over 20 years of experience in institutional real estate investment management covering asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, capital raising, and portfolio management. Across his career, he has completed transactions totaling over 28 million square feet of real estate with a combined capitalization exceeding $5 billion. Brendan Gallagher | Beale Infrastructure
Brendan is SVP of Development on Beale’s development team. He brings more than 18 years of experience developing and delivering large scale infrastructure projects with a focus on data center site development. His most recent roles were at Meta and Microsoft where he served as Director, Global Site Development and Director, Americas Land Development, respectively. His prior experience also includes Engineering Program Management at Jacobs Engineering Group, where he managed development of complex large data center projects for clients globally.
