    Covid-19 precautions shut down construction projects across the Bay Area. Even though cities are now allowing projects to move forward, the impacts of Covid-19 on Bay Area housing production is just beginning.  Speakers will talk about the implications of the pandemic on housing construction and production, from on-site safety, inspections, and approvals, to costs, labor, and lending.
