The annual Housing the Bay legislative recap is back! This year, join us to explore what is working (or not!) among the many state housing laws that have passed in recent years. Expert panelists will review how these laws and local policy shifts are streamlining entitlements, allowing housing in more places, speeding up the building process, and setting the stage for housing growth.
This webinar features panelists representing private development and the public sector who will review how State Laws, Federal policy, and political shifts are affecting housing. Join us on Friday, February 6 at 9 AM to explore which laws and policies are driving new development and what might be coming in 2026. This is a lead-up event for ULI SF’s annual Housing the Bay Summit, which will be held on April 15, 2026.
