ULI San Francisco’s popular NEXT Cohort Program returns. The Cohort Program allows mid-career land use professionals to develop lasting professional relationships, share expertise, and deepen their knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage and network with a small group of peers throughout the year!
Structure & Commitment
This year’s program will run from May 2022 to January 2023. NEXT cohort groups meet about once a month for tours, case studies, happy hours, lunches, or feature guest speakers. Each cohort group consists of approximately ten to twelve members, and groups meet around six to eight times over the course of the program. Attendance and participation in cohort meetings is expected, and cohort members are expected to bring ideas on cohort activities to the group.
The program is only open to ULI members and is geared towards mid-career professionals aged 35+. Not a member? Learn more about ULI membership and join here.
