With Oakland’s housing pipeline delivering record numbers and other East Bay cities seeing booming housing and office deliveries, real estate insiders are looking beyond the current ten-year cycle in anticipation of new opportunities and challenges. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 44% of the Bay Area’s workforce lives and/or works in the East Bay. We are also in the midst in the largest building boom in Oakland’s history.
The spotlight is now on the East Bay.
