Downtown Redwood City has experienced an unprecedented growth spurt over the past 10 years, transforming the once quiet city into a regional destination ideally situated halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. Join the Young Leaders Group on a walking tour highlighting the developments that have already transformed its downtown, as well as the host of other future development sites poised to further alter its downtown over the coming decade. Meet us just a 35 minute train ride away from Downtown San Francisco for an up close look at the exciting future of this Peninsula transit node.

Some of the sites that we will be visiting include: Radius Apartments, 201 Marshall, Crossing 900, Township Luxury Apartments, 525 Middlefield Road, 1100 Veterans Blvd, The Marston, and 113 Monroe.

For those traveling from San Francisco, Caltrain’s Baby Bullet train will depart San Francisco at 4:33 and arrive in Redwood City at 5:08. The tour will begin just steps away from the train station at the Fox Theater. To return, a Baby Bullet will depart at 6:54 and arrive back in San Francisco at 7:27.
